Let us tell you that these days Mahindra has been in a lot of fodder regarding the lunch of its new car, recently Mahindra has unveiled its new XUV400 electric car. This electric car will come on the market in early 2023, although no date has been finalized yet.

The XUV400 electric car is based on the XUV300’s design, although the Mahindra XUV400 electric car is more significant than the Chat Miter, most of the XUV400 is derived from the XUV300.

The XUV400 is 205 mm longer than its sister model XUV300, but the wheelbase remains unchanged at 2,600 mm. The width remains constant at 1821 mm.

The exterior design is similar to the XUV300, but to differentiate itself as an EV, the XUV400 gets a closed-off grille, redesigned bumper and copper accents.

The cabin design remains unchanged from the XUV300, with the exception of the copper trim insert and all-black upholstery on the XUV300.
The XUV400 comes with 60+ connected vehicle functions, some of which are specific to EVs, such as trip planning and maps displayed with EV charging stations.
The XUV400 has a battery pack of 39.4kWh, which is capable of giving it a range of up to 456 km.
The XUV400 will come with a 50 kW DC fast charging backup. According to Mahindra, the charger will charge the battery up to 80% in 50 minutes. The XUV400 will take 6 hours 30 minutes to charge from 0 to 100% with a 7.2 kW/32A outlet, while it will take 13 hours to fully charge from a 3.3kW/16A socket.
The front wheels of the XUV400 will be powered by this one electric motor. It will produce 148 bhp and 310 Nm of torque and will accelerate the SUV from 0 to 100 kmph in 8.3 seconds. The claimed top speed will be 150 kmph.
Mahindra will introduce the XUV400 in India in January 2023, with deliveries commencing in phases later that month.
